Subscriptions are now automatically synchronized between ClientSuccess and Salesforce, in real time. Additionally, having your subscriptions inside of Salesforce provides convenient options for synchronizing with other data sets, automated workflows and custom reporting. A great example is having subscriptions automatically generated when an opportunity in Salesforce is marked "Closed Won."
