Push engagement interactions into Activity object in Salesforce
ClientSuccess can now push engagement interactions (emails, calls, meetings, notes) into the Salesforce Activity object instead of the default Notes object.
You can now push Engagement interactions (email, calls, meetings, notes) into the Activity object in Salesforce. This is a instance-wide setting that alters the current behavior of pushing into the Notes object. Let me know if you would like this change and we'll flip the switch for you.
