Major Salesforce integration update

I'm excited to announce that we just released version 2.1 of the ClientSuccess for Salesforce app. It's available on the AppExchange right now. We will be releasing a big update to the ClientSuccess platform this Friday, 17 June, and you'll need this new version to take full advantage it. So, I'd like to encourage you to try to upgrade to this new version before then.

To help you out, we've put together some upgrade instructions and release notes.
