Introducing Tasks global inbox

The new Tasks global inbox brings every assignment to one screen, including SuccessCycle stages, activities, and to-dos, with inline editing and date filters.

Introducing Tasks global inbox

First, you'll notice the main navbar has changed. You'll see a fresh set of icons for accessing your Client Summary, Alerts, Renewals, and Reports. And, new to the list is a brand new screen called Tasks.

Tasks is a global inbox for all tasks that are assigned to you, including SuccessCycle stages, activities and tasks, and To-dos. All the same functionality that exists for these on individual client records is available here, including smooth inline editing, setting or changing due dates, viewing completed and incomplete tasks, reassigning to other team members, and pulling up attached files. And, in addition to being able to see all your tasks here, we've also given you some slick filters, including:

  • Tasks due today
  • Tasks due this week
  • Overdue tasks
  • Tasks without a due date
