Introducing contact badges

We have added badges to Contacts. You can now designate key contacts, executive sponsors, champions, and advocates.

We have also added a last engagement date and a notes field. The last engagement date is the last time you had a meeting, talked on the phone, or received an email from each contact. By default, those you engage with the most will now be at the top of the list.
