Exchange and Office 365 integration
ClientSuccess now supports Microsoft Exchange and Office 365, automatically importing copies of every email you exchange with clients without BCC or forwarding.
After connecting your email account, ClientSuccess will automatically bring in copies of all email messages you exchange with your clients. No need to BCC or forward emails as the platform will simply watch your account for you. In addition to our original Gmail integration, we now support Microsoft Exchange and Office 365. We'd like to thank each of you that help test these new integrations while in beta.
