A ClientSuccess product update adding four new engagement alerts that flag when a client hasn't been contacted, emailed, called, or met with recently.

It's late here in Utah, but we don't stop. We've just rolled out four more alerts to help you track engagement with your customers.

You'll now be notified when…

  • A client hasn't engaged with you in the past 14 days.
  • A client hasn't been emailed in the past 14 days.
  • A client hasn't been called in the past 21 days.
  • A client hasn't been met with in the past 30 days.

And if those are too aggressive for your taste, you can easily customize the window for each.
