How it all began
Why did we build ClientSuccess? Because our Founder, Dave Blake, has been a customer success professional himself for over a decade and has never found a solution that he loved, for him or his team. Dave knows what it’s like to be a CSM on a small team trying to manage success for a rapidly growing startup, as well as an executive managing a large, global organization with 100+ CSMs. At both ends of that spectrum, the solutions for managing customer success were the same: cobbling together a few fields on Salesforce, many spreadsheets, custom dashboards, and a whole lot of hustle. Does that sound familiar?
Well, he’s one of you. He’s been in your shoes and started ClientSuccess to build a solution that he would love, and that you will love.

Founder & CEO
I’m a relationship guy and love taking care of clients. Otherwise, I’m usually found on the sidelines cheering on one of my 5 kids, all year round. I’m also a bit of a fan (err, fanatic) of BYU Football.
I love reading to my kids, eating at nice restaurants with my wife and playing video games. I am also a huge Chicago Bulls fan.
My passion has always been in art and design and I love using that passion to build rad user experiences on the web. I can also be found goofing off with my four kids or fly fishing in a clear mountain stream.
Account Development Manager
I love to learn, and with four young children, learning something new everyday is a wonderful reality. I believe in honesty, industry and building strong relationships.
I’m passionate about working with people and problem-solving. I love traveling with my amazing wife, scuba diving, reading, and football. I believe every pizza can be a personal pizza if you try hard and believe in yourself.
Customer Success Manager
I love getting to know people and building positive relationships. I enjoy experiencing culture (particularly dining), seeing the world, music, soccer, and cinema.
I believe great brands are built by creating awesome customer experiences at every touchpoint. That’s my passion. You’ll also find me climbing, skiing, and running mountain peaks.
I love family, work, and education. I’m happiest when I’m interacting and engaging with others. I enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hammocking, and playing sports.

I love progressive metal, functional programming, and food. Despite looking 13, I have government documentation proving I’m over 30. I’m a former wildland firefighter and I’ve been attacked by woodland creatures of various sizes.

“…Life is a gift and I don’t intend on wasting it…” I’m a health coach and try to live my life as best as I can. When I’m not at work, I enjoy hiking, shooting, yoga, and traveling with my husband.
