Task auto-assignment

SuccessCycle stages, activities, and tasks, and ad hoc tasks and To-dos are now automatically assigned to the assigned CSM for each client. You can still assign individual items to other team members as needed, but if it’s your account, then these items will be assigned to you by default. And, if the client is reassigned to a different CSM, then the tasks will be reassigned as well. We’re working hard to make it easy for you to spent less time prioritizing and planning and more time nurturing relationships.
