The Pulse History now includes 12 months of entries. This will provide a broader view of your client’s sentiment and specific notes your team has recorded. When updating the Pulse, be sure to include a detailed sentence or two along with the reason codes. This provides great insights for the team and is available on the Client Pulse Report.
We’ve also updated the API so that you can retrieve Pulse entries within a custom date rage, instead of the default last six months.
