First, more alerts. You’ll now be notified when…

  • A client’s pulse hasn’t changed in X days.
  • A client’s SuccessScore drops below X.
  • A client’s SuccessScore is below X for X consecutive days.
  • A to-do is due in X days.
  • A to-do was due yesterday.

You’ll notice that four of these include variables. You can adjust time, counts, intervals, and other criteria to make them your own and ensure that they complement your personal workflow. More alerts like these are coming, covering all aspects of your client’s health and engagement, including SuccessCycle progress, emails, phone calls, and meetings, contracts, product usage, and support tickets.
