Enhanced Report Generation Date Range, Updated Team Settings Screen, and New Date Field Functionality

Enhanced Report Generation Date Range

We’ve enhanced one of the report generation date ranges in the Revenue GrowthGrowth Comparison, and Renewal Performance reports from “Rolling” to “Last” to include true month-to-month comparison.

For example, the enhanced “Last 2 months” compares data from August 1, 2017 – September 30, 2017 to June 1, 2017 – July 31, 2017. See below screenshot.

Previously, the concept of “Rolling” would compare terms of slightly unequal durations (depending on when the report would be pulled) – one period might have included a couple more or less days worth of information than the other.

Updated Team Settings Screen

For admins: The Team Settings screen has been updated to include both active and inactive users. This provides visibility into historic users, as well as a more clear picture of who does and does not currently have access to ClientSuccess.

NoteDeactivating a user revokes their ClientSuccess credentials, but admins can now reactivate users if necessary. 

New Date Field Functionality

In a few areas of ClientSuccess, including custom fields and subscriptions, you now have the option to adjust dates within the actual date field, without having to use the date picker window.

NoteEntering the dates into the field must match the following format: Day (DD) – Month (See abbreviations below) – Year (YYYY).

For example, if you were trying to select February 15, 2017 as your date you would want to enter the following: 15 Feb 2017.
