New Automation Functionality, Deactivating Contacts, SOC 2 Compliance and Other Releases & Enhancements
We’re excited to announce a few product updates that drive our mission to provide the insights and experience you need to deliver customer success!
New Automation Functionality
Automation is the first step of a new phase to help streamline and standardize your customer success work including sending emails, adding to-dos, or assigning SuccessCycles.
Because this new functionality includes two additional actions, we’ve updated the Global Settings for “Email Automation” to “Automation“.

Along with the benefits of our previously released Email Automation, you now have he ability to add multiple actions to one automation rule. For example:
- Send an Email AND add a to-do
- Send an Email AND assign a SuccessCycle.
To learn more about our new Automation functionality, check out our Automation knowledge base article.
Deactivating Contacts
You can now deactivate or archive contacts you do not engage with or are no longer with a company.

*Note*: Deactivating or archiving a contact removes it from the primary view in the Contacts module and global search, as well as excludes it from any automation emails.
It currently does not exclude it from engagements that are synced as part of your Email Integration. If you’re no longer engaging with the contact, there will be no emails to sync regardless.
SOC 2 Compliance
We’re pleased to announce we’ve successfully completed our AICPA Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) Type 2 audit. The audit provides independent validation that our information security controls, procedures, policies, and operations are in accordance with SOC 2 standards relevant to security, confidentiality, and availability.
This attestation further reinforces our leading position on security and compliance within the industry.
