Today, ClientSuccess announced JD Nyland as the Senior Vice President of Product to help drive the company’s strategic growth and deliver customer success solutions at scale. JD will spearhead Product Management and User Experience Design, and will be a member of the ClientSuccess Executive leadership team.
As SVP of Product, JD comes to ClientSuccess with a proven track record of building award-winning SaaS solutions at Adobe, Omniture, InMoment, and Move Networks. JD is passionate about working with customers to bring innovative solutions to market, while delivering delightful user experiences that give customers a high return on their effort. He brings deep industry knowledge of large-scale SaaS solutions, with a relentless commitment to driving customer success through product innovation. JD has a strong belief in helping customer success teams become a more strategic part of the business.
JD has led the charge on several industry award-winning products including Adobe Analytics, Mobile and Video, and delivered InMoment’s Discover as New Product of the Year by the American Business Awards in May 2017, also the winner of an International Gold Stevie® Award by the 2017 International Business Awards℠.
