This award was presented during the CS100 Summit at Sundance Resort, Utah on September 13, 2017.

The Customer Success Innovator of the Year is a peer-to-peer recognized award based on innovations that drive results in customer success. Innovative customer success submissions came in from all over the world. The top ten were selected and presented their innovations to a panel of customer success professionals. “It was inspiring to see the finalists share their significant innovations.
